By using Syncco, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

To use Syncco, you must:

• Be at least 17 years old
• Use your real name and active phone number
• Have the legal right to share your device contacts

2. What Syncco Offers

• Add your WhatsApp number to the app
• Other users will be able to automatically save your WhatsApp number, and you’ll also save their number
• View WhatsApp statuses of mutual synced contacts
• Send and convert airtime
• Buy data or airtime
• Use Diamonds for additional features

3. Your Commitments

You agree to:

• Use Syncco responsibly and legally
• Not abuse, spam, or mislead other users
• Not hack, copy, or modify the app
• Keep your login and data secure

You are fully responsible for actions tied to your account and device.

4. Our Rights

We may:

• Suspend or remove your account if you misuse the app
• Limit features to specific users, regions, or time periods
• Modify or discontinue parts of the app without notice

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect performance.

5. Ownership

All app content and branding belongs to Syncco.
You may not copy, resell, or modify any part of it without written permission.

Content you create in the app remains yours, but you give us permission to use it within Syncco services.

6. Third-Party Services

Some features (like airtime top-up or conversion) may rely on third-party APIs or services.
By using these features, you also agree to their respective terms and policies.

7. External Use Disclaimer

Syncco’s role is limited to smartly connecting users by exchanging phone numbers using technology.
We do not control or monitor what happens outside the app after contact exchange.
You are solely responsible for how you interact with other users outside of Syncco.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Downtime or bugs in the app
• Failures related to syncing, saving contacts, or using Diamonds
• etc

Use the app at your own risk.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime.
We can suspend or delete your account if you break these terms or misuse the platform.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms. If we do, we’ll notify you in the app or by email.
Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
